Prgmr.com, right now, does not offer backups. There are plans in the works for customer backups, but it's always best to get off-site backups that are provided by an independent company.
Here are a few places that seem to provide good deals for backup space:amazon S3 Amazon S3 gives you the best price I know of if you only need a few gigabytes
DreamHost [referrer link] use promo code PRGMRDISK and get $50 off startup, 40% extra disk and 10% extra transfer. I get $2 every time you sign up with the PRGMRDISK code. (if you sign up without a promo code, they try to charge you a large setup fee. If you do sign up for dreamhost, I reccomend you use a promo code, even if it's not mine.)
Dreamhost has been around for a while and has a reasonable reputation as far as such things go. With the PRGMRDISK promo code you get 700Gb disk storage and 5.5TB of data transfer a month for around $11/month, if you pay monthly (they offer discounts if you prepay.) Dreamhost gives you much better cost per gigabyte than s3, if you use a lot of space.
Of course, there are many other shared hosting providers out there, some of which offer even more disk than dreamhost, for the same money. if you have experience with one, drop me a line.
Another option is the offsite backup providers. rsync.net is significantly more expensive than S3, unless you use a whole lot of bandwidth, but it does have a significantly more unix friendly interface, and I've had good experiences with the people who run it.
