Note, I'm not 100% sure this will fix it,  (srn will look into it when she gets up)    but I'm upgrading centos while we're at it.   kernel-xen was 2.6.18-348.2.1.el5   -  upgrading to 2.6.18-348.18.1.el5 and xen going from xen-3.0.3-142.el5_9.2   to  3.0.3-142.el5_9.3
